Acceptable use policy
Scope
Capture.kit products are decision-support tooling for federal capture and proposal teams. They synthesize and summarize public information; they do not make award decisions, submit responses, or replace human judgment on Section L/M compliance. [VERIFY]
What you may not do
- Process classified or controlled unclassified information (CUI) through any Capture.kit product unless you have separately confirmed in writing that the deployment path is authorized for that data type. [VERIFY]
- Use Capture.kit to generate, edit, or submit any document that becomes part of an official federal proposal response, contract deliverable, or representation to the government, without a human author reviewing and adopting the output as their own. [VERIFY]
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Capture.kit products in whole or in part. [VERIFY]
- Probe, scrape, or interfere with Capture.kit servers, license-validation endpoints, or fulfillment infrastructure. [VERIFY]
Public data only
Inputs to Capture.kit products should be limited to: SAM.gov public solicitations, public agency forecasts, your own internal documents, and information you are otherwise authorized to share. Capture.kit does not ingest, store, or analyze classified material. [VERIFY]
FedRAMP and CMMC
Capture.kit is not FedRAMP authorized and does not claim CMMC equivalence. Workflows that require either authorization belong on a separately accredited platform, not on this catalog. [VERIFY]
Revocation
We may revoke a license for material violation of this policy. Revocation suspends license validation; existing downloads remain on your machine but lose update access. Refund handling is governed by the refund policy. [VERIFY]
Reporting
Suspected violations or security issues: security@capture.kit. [VERIFY]
