What we collect

Capture.kit collects the minimum information needed to deliver the products you purchase:

• Email address — used for order receipts, license validation, and account recovery.
• Payment details — handled by Stripe; Capture.kit does not store card numbers or bank details. [VERIFY]
• License usage telemetry — machine fingerprint and validation timestamps, used to enforce license terms. Outputs you generate using Capture.kit are not transmitted to Capture.kit servers. [VERIFY]

What we do not collect

Capture.kit does not collect: the content of your proposals, SAM.gov solicitations you process, agency-specific working documents, or third-party data you load into the products. Processing happens on your machine. [VERIFY]

Subprocessors

Your rights

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. Email privacy@capture.kit with your request; we respond within 30 days. [VERIFY]

Data retention

Order records and license keys are retained for the duration of the license plus seven years to support refund requests, audit, and tax compliance. Download tokens and magic-link tokens are ephemeral (15 minutes to 7 days). [VERIFY]
