Refund windows by tier

How to request a refund

Email support@capture.kit with your order email and license key. We respond within two business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. [VERIFY]

After a refund

License validation stops returning valid for refunded license keys. Files already on your machine remain usable for the version you downloaded, but updates and re-mints are disabled. [VERIFY]
