The bundle is cheaper than 3 standalone Color Team seats. Every shop running formal Pink/Red/Gold review on 4+ proposals per year crosses the break-even on the agent alone.

The break-even sentence is the one to read carefully. Three Color Team seats run $10,500/yr standalone. The bundle is $8,500 with 10 seats and four other tools. If you have three reviewers running the agent, the standalone math is already worse — and the bundle adds the Compliance Matrix Skill, the Acronym Builder, the L/M Crosswalk pack, and the Win Theme Reinforcement Skill at zero marginal cost.

The Color Team Agent saves 150 reviewer hours per RFP. The Compliance Matrix Skill saves another 12 hours per RFP on the matrix alone. At 6 RFPs/yr × $200 blended, the bundle returns $194,400/yr against an $8,500 cost. Break-even is one RFP.

How a proposal cycle runs on the bundle

  1. RFP drops

Run the Compliance Matrix Builder Skill on the solicitation. 15 minutes, three output formats, Sections L/M/C/H covered. Drop the matrix into your APMP-aligned proposal template.

  2. Pursue/no-pursue + L/M crosswalk

Use the L/M Crosswalk Prompt Pack to generate the instruction-to-evaluation-factor crosswalk that anchors your color-team review later. The crosswalk also feeds the proposal manager's section-by-section page allocation.

  3. Pink Team @ 65–75% completion

Run the Color Team Reviewer Agent in Pink mode. Structural gap matrix vs. Section L/M. Win-theme presence audit (powered by the Win Theme Reinforcement Skill). Recommended sections to write next.

  4. Red Team @ 85–95% completion

Run the agent in Red mode. Section M scoring proxy. Persuasion gaps. Competitor implicit-comparison flags. Your senior reviewers read the agent's output and walk into the human Red Team meeting with a sourced punch list.

  5. Gold Team @ 48–72 hr pre-submit

Run the agent in Gold mode + the Acronym Builder Skill. Consistency report. Readability per section. Acronym audit + glossary diff. Win-theme reinforcement count. Final polish recommendations. The proposal manager walks through the rolled-up priority list with the team.

Pricing

$8,500per year / 10 seats
  • Rolling updates included for the duration of the subscription
  • 60-day pilot — full refund on the agent component if it doesn't outperform a manual reviewer pass on your first real proposal
  • NET-30 invoicing available (this is a team-tier subscription; the default flow is invoiced)

The bundle is sized for proposal shops of 5–15 reviewers. If you have fewer than 3 reviewers running color-team review, the standalone Color Team Agent at $3,500/yr/seat plus a one-time Compliance Matrix Skill at $499 is the right buy. If you have more than 15 reviewers, contact procurement for a custom seat count — the build plan caps standard team-tier at 15.

How we handle your data

Public-data-context-only positioning

Every component runs in your own Claude environment. Proposal content, RFPs, and pursuit lists never leave your account. The AUP forbids CUI, SSI, and source-selection-sensitive material across the entire bundle.

Zero retention via Anthropic API contract

Anthropic's zero-retention API contract applies across all five components. The bundle does not centralize, cache, or transmit work product. The full security one-pager is at /security.

Not FedRAMP authorized

Stated plainly: this bundle is not FedRAMP authorized. For FedRAMP-required workflows, wait for the GovCloud Bedrock variant on the roadmap. Don't deploy on classified or controlled-unclassified work.

Verify before submit, on every component

Every output cites verbatim source text. Inferred elements are tagged [VERIFY]. The bundle compresses rote work; senior judgment remains the submission gate.

Per-cycle API cost ceiling

Per-RFP cycle (Compliance Matrix + three Color Team passes + Acronym audit + Win Theme audit) lands ≤ $35 in Anthropic API cost on your account. PRICING.md inside the bundle documents the exact cost profile per component.

Single admin dashboard

One magic-link admin URL for the bundle. Tracks seat allocation across the Color Team Agent and the Skills, plus per-RFP run counts (labeled by your admin, never proposal content). No SaaS account, no central database holding your work.

Who buys this

If you're a Capture VP, BD VP, or Proposal Director at a mid-tier prime — running a proposal shop of 5–15 reviewers, bidding 4+ major RFPs per year, currently spending 130–200 reviewer hours per RFP on color-team review and another 6–16 hours per RFP on the compliance matrix — this is the rational buy. The bundle is cheaper than 3 standalone Color Team seats and adds four more proposal-shop tools at zero marginal cost.

If you're a solo BD consultant pursuing 1–2 opportunities a quarter, the SAM.gov Triage Pack at $49 plus the Solo Operator Kit at $149 is a better starting point. If you bid 1–2 RFPs a year as an individual, the standalone Compliance Matrix Skill at $499 is the right entry.

Who shouldn't buy this

Frequently asked

Why bundle these five tools and not other combinations?

The bundle is the proposal-shop cycle: matrix on RFP drop → L/M crosswalk for color-team scaffolding → Pink/Red/Gold agent passes → Acronym + Win Theme audits at Gold. Other catalog tools (SAM.gov Triage, Capability Statement) belong to the BD/capture cycle and are bundled separately in the BD Pipeline Stack ($4,500/yr).

Can we buy fewer seats and pay less?

Not for this bundle. The bundle is sized at 10 seats because that's where the math against standalone seat purchases breaks even cleanly for most mid-tier shops. If you need 1–3 seats, the standalone Color Team Agent + standalone Compliance Matrix Skill is the correct buy. If you need 11–15 seats, contact procurement for a seat-count adjustment.

How does seat licensing work across components?

10 seats apply across the four Skills and the Plugin (Acronym Builder, Win Theme Reinforcement, Compliance Matrix, Color Team Agent). The L/M Crosswalk Prompt Pack has no seat limit because it's a prompt pack — anyone on your shop can paste it into a Claude.ai chat. Each Skill/Plugin seat activates with a machine fingerprint via the license-validate endpoint; the admin reassigns seats from the dashboard via Stripe Customer Portal.

What's the per-cycle API cost on our Anthropic account?

≤ $35 across a full RFP cycle (matrix + three color passes + acronym + win theme) on a 200-page proposal. Sonnet by default; Opus only on the Gold final pass. Caching on the section typology, APMP references, and color-team typology keeps the cost ceiling well below the bundle price's margin.

What about NET-30 invoicing and multi-year purchase orders?

Default flow for the bundle is NET-30 invoicing through Stripe Customer Portal. Annual subscription with auto-renewal at the same price; renewal can be cancelled from the Customer Portal up to the renewal date. Multi-year POs available — contact procurement.

Does this bundle replace VisibleThread, GovDash, or Procurement Sciences?

Yes for the workflows it covers (compliance matrix, color-team review, acronym audit, win-theme reinforcement). Those tools are enterprise-quoted; this bundle is $8,500/yr/10 seats. The catalog explicitly does not match enterprise SaaS feature breadth — we don't do CRM-style pipeline tracking, RFP intake portals, or BD/marketing automation. We do the proposal-shop rote work the enterprise tools do, at a price your CFO doesn't have to escalate.

Can we customize the report templates?

Yes. All .docx templates are editable Word files in templates/. Drop in your logo, fonts, and section structures. The agents render into your templates, not ours.

What's the 60-day pilot policy on a bundle?

Buy the bundle, run the Color Team Agent on at least one real proposal in the first 60 days. If the agent doesn't outperform a manual reviewer pass on consistency, acronym, readability, or win-theme reinforcement, refund on the agent component (the largest line item). The Skills and Prompt pack components are not refunded post-install — they're cheap, lifetime-update, and easy to verify against the sample outputs before you commit.

What happens at year 2?

Auto-renewal at the same price unless you cancel in Customer Portal before the renewal date. Renewal includes another year of rolling updates across all five components. If we ship a major version bump (e.g., a new sub-skill in the Color Team Agent), you get it as part of the renewed subscription.

Ready to give your proposal shop its hours back?

60-day pilot on the agent component. NET-30 invoicing. Runs in your own Claude environment. AUP forbids CUI.
