The lite version is bundle-only; it doesn't score with one input missing, and it doesn't invent factors. If past performance is blank in your capability statement, it flags that as a factor.

The prompt packs are text files in a zip. Anyone who has the zip can paste the prompts. The license is honor-based — it covers one person's use. The FAR Clause Lookup Skill installs to your .claude/skills/ directory and runs in your own Claude environment. There's no license-validation call at runtime (all five tools are impulse-tier). If three people on your team want the tools, each buys the kit.

Yes, the Proposal Stack is a separate tier and a different workflow — it covers proposal-shop color-team review, compliance matrix, and the team-tier tools. There's no upgrade discount path from the Solo Operator Kit to the Proposal Stack [VERIFY]. They serve different roles: the kit is for the solo capture cycle before the RFP drops; the Proposal Stack is for the proposal shop after the RFP drops.

Lifetime updates cover the update windows on all five tools and the bonus pack. If Claude's output behavior changes in a way that breaks a prompt pack's guardrails, the pack ships an updated PROMPT.md. If the FAR clauses covered by the FAR Clause Lookup Skill are revised, the corpus snapshot refreshes and a new Skill release ships.
