What it is

A prompt pack — eight files in a zip — that produces a three-touch warm-outreach sequence for a single federal target: a LinkedIn DM opener, a LinkedIn DM follow-up after five business days, and a warm email if the follow-up also goes unanswered. Each message is capped for mobile-preview survival (DMs ≤300 characters, warm email ≤120 words), carries a single ask, and references the real context hook you supply.

This is a warm-outreach tool for pre-identified targets, not a bulk-contact tool. The prompt requires four fields: your company one-liner, the target persona (KO, SBPS, prime BD lead, or teaming partner), a real verifiable hook (recent award, conference attendance, shared NAICS, public announcement), and your single call-to-action. If any field is blank, the prompt refuses and tells you what's missing. No invented mutual connections. No fabricated past meetings. No spray-and-pray.

How it works

  1. Identify a warm target and find your hook

Pick one pre-identified federal contact — contracting officer, SBPS, prime BD lead, or teaming partner. Find a real, verifiable hook: a recent award they posted, a SAM.gov announcement their agency released, a conference you both attended, or a set-aside your NAICS fits. Public data only — see ETHICS.md.

  2. Fill INPUT-TEMPLATE.md

Open INPUT-TEMPLATE.md and fill the four bracketed fields: your company one-liner (federal context, NAICS and certification preferred), target persona, the hook (verbatim or close paraphrase — public source only), and your single ask (20-minute intro call, capability statement review, teaming conversation, or add-to-outreach-list). Add your signature block for the warm email slot.

  3. Paste PROMPT.md + your filled template into Claude.ai

Open a fresh Claude.ai chat. Paste the master prompt from PROMPT.md, then paste your filled INPUT-TEMPLATE.md in the same message. Hit send. If any required field is blank, the prompt responds with a refusal and lists what's missing.

  4. Review and send DM 1

Output: three sections — DM 1 (opener, ≤300 characters), DM 2 (follow-up angle, ≤300 characters, different from DM 1), and a warm email (≤120 words, includes your signature block). Read every message before sending. Send DM 1 today. Log the date.

  5. Respect the day gate before next touch

DM 2 goes out on day 6 if no reply. The warm email goes out on day 14 if DM 2 is also unanswered. The pack includes a timing note at the bottom of every output so you can copy it into your CRM or calendar. Do not accelerate the cadence — one ask per message, one touch per gate.

What you get

  • PROMPT.md

The master prompt with role context, input requirements, output shape (3 sections with exact H2 headings), and a built-in banned-phrase list.

  • INPUT-TEMPLATE.md

Fillable input — company one-liner, target persona (KO / SBPS / prime BD / partner), target person fields, the hook, your single ask, and signature block for the warm email.

  • SAMPLE-INPUT.md

A realistic worked example: 8(a) custom-application shop targeting a GSA small-business specialist after the SEWP V on-ramp announcement.

  • SAMPLE-OUTPUT.md

The three-touch output produced from the sample input — DM 1, DM 2, and warm email with timing note. Reference for what a correct output looks like.

Also included

  • README.md — what the pack does, what it does not do, and a 4-step usage flow
  • ETHICS.md — public-data-only boundary, fabrication prohibitions, NOT FedRAMP authorized notice
  • CHANGELOG.md — versioned for the lifetime-updates promise
  • loom-script.md — recording outline for the walkthrough demo

See it on a real outreach target

1:XXFill INPUT-TEMPLATE.md for a GSA SBPS target, paste into Claude.ai, get three ready-to-send messages. Recorded against the SEWP V sample from SAMPLE-INPUT.md.

Want to see the output before buying? Read the sample output — same input as the Loom, full three-touch output, no email gate.

How we handle your data

Warm targets only — you bring the persona

The pack does not scrape LinkedIn, ingest contact lists, or generate outreach to strangers. You identify the target, you supply the hook, you send the message. The prompt is a drafting tool for warm, pre-identified federal contacts.

Day gate prevents over-contacting

The built-in cadence (DM 1 today, DM 2 on day 6, warm email on day 14) is baked into the output timing note. Three touches maximum per target per cycle. No stacked CTAs, no automated sends.

Federal-lexicon fluency

NAICS codes, set-aside designators (8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone, SB), agency abbreviations, and UEI / CAGE signature blocks are used untranslated in both the prompt and its output — the way a practitioner writes, not a marketing team.

You read every message before it sends

The pack drafts. You decide. No auto-send, no bulk submission, no integration with LinkedIn's API. Copy the message out of Claude.ai and send it yourself. Every word is visible to you before it reaches anyone.

Who buys this

Solo BD consultants, fractional BD execs, and small-shop capture leads building a federal warm list — built for the buyer adding 5–10 warm contacts a month. If you are manually composing LinkedIn DMs one at a time and losing track of when you last touched a target, this is for you. Decision under $20 on a personal credit card. Time-to-first-draft under 5 minutes [VERIFY].

Who shouldn't buy this

Frequently asked

Is this for cold outreach or warm outreach?

Warm only. The prompt requires a real, verifiable context hook — a recent award, an agency announcement, a conference you both attended, a shared NAICS. If the hook field is blank, the prompt refuses. It will not invent a mutual connection or fabricate a past meeting. You identify the target; you supply the hook.

What's the difference between the three messages?

DM 1 is the opener — ≤300 characters, references the hook, one ask. DM 2 is a follow-up sent on day 6 if no reply — ≤300 characters, different angle from DM 1. The warm email goes out on day 14 if DM 2 is also unanswered — ≤120 words, uses your signature block (CAGE, UEI, contact info). Three touches maximum per target per cycle.

Why a 5-business-day gate between DM 1 and DM 2?

Federal contacts — contracting officers, SBPS, prime BD leads — work in cycle-driven environments. A same-week follow-up reads as impatience. Five business days is long enough to be respectful, short enough to stay visible. The day-14 warm email gives a final off-platform touch before you decide to move on.

What's actually in the zip?

Eight files: PROMPT.md (the master prompt), INPUT-TEMPLATE.md (fillable input shape), SAMPLE-INPUT.md (a realistic GSA-target worked example), SAMPLE-OUTPUT.md (the three-touch output from that example), README.md, ETHICS.md, CHANGELOG.md, loom-script.md. No code, no install, no plugin.

Do I need a verified email service to use the warm email?

No. The warm email is a plain-text draft — you copy it out of Claude.ai and send it from whatever email client you already use. The pack does not connect to any email platform. If you want to track open rates, paste the draft into your existing tool.

What happens if a target responds positively to DM 1?

The pack's job is done. It covers the outreach-to-reply cycle — not the conversation after reply. If a contracting officer responds to DM 1 and asks for your capability statement, send it. The Capability Statement Pack ($39) covers drafting that document if you need it.

Can I use this for state and local contracting contacts?

The pack is calibrated for federal vocabulary (NAICS, set-asides, agency context, UEI / CAGE signature blocks). It will run on state and local targets, but the federal-lexicon framing may feel off. State-and-local-specific tooling is on the roadmap.

What's the refund policy?

14-day no-questions refund. Open the zip, run it on a real target, decide. If it doesn't produce a message you'd actually send, refund it.
