License grant

Capture.kit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product you purchased, in accordance with the license tier of that product:

• One-time products (SAM.gov Daily Triage Pack, Compliance Matrix Builder Skill) — perpetual license to the version you downloaded. Update access is included for the period stated on the product page. [VERIFY]
• Subscription products (Color Team Reviewer Agent, Proposal Stack Bundle) — annual license with update access during the subscription term. Use ceases when the subscription lapses or is canceled. [VERIFY]

Acceptable use

Your use of Capture.kit is governed by the acceptable use policy. Material violation is grounds for license revocation. [VERIFY]

Refunds

Intellectual property

Capture.kit retains all rights, title, and interest in the products, including all updates, documentation, and templates. The license grant above does not transfer ownership. Outputs you generate using Capture.kit products belong to you. [VERIFY]

Warranty disclaimer

Capture.kit products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Capture.kit does not warrant that products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. [VERIFY]

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capture.kit's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the twelve months preceding the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. [VERIFY]
